It’s nice to be back among familiar faces here at the Veridian office.
Two weeks ago we returned to our desks albeit a little cautiously, after it was announced that New Zealand’s lockdown efforts had turned the tide on the spread of COVID-19.
Our schools, shops and restaurants have reopened and libraries are gradually resuming onsite services. Kiwis are tentatively navigating ‘new normal’ ways of meeting and working together. For now we’re optimistic, with only one remaining active case of COVID-19 in the country.
We’ve welcomed two new developers, Ryan Hatherill and Wayne Sung to our team in recent months so it's great to give them a taste of our office culture. Tomorrow we’ll have our first lunch together as a team of ten.
Sincere thanks to everyone who supported us during the lockdown with continued projects and lots of kind messages. We know these remain uncertain times for many of our customers and partners. We are thinking of you.
